INTEGY REPLACEMENT PLAN OFFER
Broken, worn down products, missing components, and anything else that is not eligible for a warranty can be replaced at a discounted price (from MSRP) under the Integy Replacement Plan. The replacement plan applies to Integy-branded products only. Select spare parts (small components, etc.) may also be available, subject to stock availability. Items purchased from authorized resellers are also be eligible for the Replacement Plan, at our discretion.
WHAT YOU NEED
To qualify for the Replacement Plan:
- Item to be replaced must be an Integy-branded product.
- Item was purchased directly through Integy or an authorized Integy reseller.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, order ID#, or detailed receipt).
- Photos of the item to be replaced.

The Replacement Plan is for complete part numbers only. We do not do partial replacements. If an item you are requesting under the Replacement Plan is out of stock, we may offer an alternate part, subject to availability. Replacement Plan pricing is based on a discount code given. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges and taxes. No Replacement Plan is available for discontinued parts. No Replacement Plan is available for 3rd-party branded products (non-Integy branded). Please note that not all individual components of larger part numbers are available separately; some may be only available as part of the complete part number only.
