Awesome so far... BUT

3.5 rating

The steering servo is extremely weak, I had to upgrade it first thing. Everything else is fine. But my local tracks don't allow 11.5T motors, gotta use 17.5, so there's another purchase. Fun car though. Fast and runs smooth.... But where do you get extra belts?? They're so hard to find the right size!

The steering servo is a joke. I'll have to upgrade it asap. This type of servo should not come with this level of RC; It is grossly under powered. It takes half a day for it to respond. But overall build quality is very good. Tires aren't glued, so do that first, the motor will RiiiiP them right off in a matter of seconds (which is good). Carbon fiber frame is really good quality. Turn buckle/steering arms have plastic ball joints but that's ok. Lots of aluminum parts, too. Battery tray is tiny, I had to squeeze a 2100mah 3S in there, but it worked. I should have mentioned this first, but this is my first 1/10 touring type RC. But I believe this car is very competitive and well built (minus the steering servo). I mainly fly race size quadcopters, and bash with 1/8 and 1/5 RC cars, but I found this little beauty on sale for under a hundred bucks and scooped it up. I have 2 tracks within decent driving distance from me here in Denver and I now have a reason to go there :) So I'll update if there's any issues with it, but for the price it's a badass lil racer. Radio is great too. I've coincidentally used it before and I really like the look and feel of it. Great set-up. Buy before it's out of stock.
