INTEGY REPLACEMENT PLAN OFFER
Broken, worn down products, missing components, and anything else that is not eligible for a warranty can be replaced for a discounted price (from MSRP) under the Integy Replacement Plan. The replacement plan applies to Integy-branded products only. Select spare parts (small components, etc.) may also be available, subject to stock availability. Items purchased from authorized resellers are also be eligible for the Replacement Plan, at our discretion.
WHAT YOU NEED
To qualify for the Replacement Plan:
- Item to be replaced must be an Integy-branded product.
- Item was purchased directly through Integy or an authorized Integy reseller.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, order ID#, or detailed receipt).
- Photos of the item to be replaced.
- A valid PayPal account with verified shipping address.
- Your full name and shipping address.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After you contact us, we will respond with a price quote (including shipping) for the replacement item(s). If the customer agrees to the offer, a PayPal request will be sent to the customer within 48-hours (weekdays only). Upon verification of payment, the replacement parts will be shipped to the customer via standard shipping (no express, sorry).
OTHER REPLACEMENT PLAN DETAILS
The Replacement Plan is for complete part numbers only. We do not do partial replacements.
If an item you are requesting under the Replacement Plan is out of stock, we may offer an alternate part, subject to availability. This also applies if the item you are requesting is discontinued.
No discount codes or coupons can be used with a Replacement Plan offer.
